Organizer of the competition
The organizer of the competition is FITmedia, s.r.o., located at Stožok 50, 962 12 Stožok, Slovak Republic, ID: 47663499, VAT ID: SK2024034694 (hereinafter referred to as “organizer”).Purpose of the competition
The aim of the competition is to help small entrepreneurs, companies, organizations, and associations improve their online presentation through the professional web services provided by the organizer.Prizes in the competition
10 new websites for free – Every month, one winner will be drawn to receive a new website valued up to €500. The website must be completed by the end of the following calendar month after the win.
Main prize – On November 15, a winner will be drawn to receive one year of support for building a website for business in 2026, valued at €1,500, covering aesthetic and functional improvements to the website and marketing services currently offered by FITmedia.
Conditions for participation in the competition
The competition is open to individuals, companies, organizations, or associations with headquarters/services in Slovakia.
Participants must fulfill the following steps:
Complete the registration form available on the organizer’s website.
Agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR.
Agree to receive marketing messages from the organizer related to web management services.
The winner must activate the basic service Web Management to begin fulfilling the prize, which includes everything necessary for the website’s operation (domain, hosting, updates, support). The current price list for the service is available on the organizer’s website. If the winner does not activate the basic service Web Management, the prize cannot be delivered, and the winner forfeits it, allowing another winner to be drawn.
The competition is intended for new projects, so current customers of FITmedia Web Management can participate, but not with a project that is already managed by FITmedia.
Competition timeline
The competition runs from February 1, 2025, to November 15, 2025.
A new winner will be drawn every month.

Creation of a new website:
The scope of work is limited to €500 in value.
If the participant requests additional services beyond the prize, they will be billed at a rate of €30 per hour excluding VAT.Annual support for website development:
This includes the cost of implementing changes.
The costs for licensed plugins or third-party services are not included.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Winner’s obligations
The winner must provide the necessary cooperation for the website creation.
If it is not possible to deliver the service due to insufficient cooperation from the winner, the organizer reserves the right to withdraw from the implementation.Organizer’s rights
The organizer reserves the right to modify the competition conditions, suspend, or terminate the competition in case of unforeseen circumstances.
No legal entitlement to the prize exists.Final provisions
By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with them.

Terms of personal data processing under GDPR

The personal data of competition participants for the free website will be processed for the following purposes:
Registration of competition participants.
Contacting the competition winners.
Providing prizes and related services.
Marketing purposes, if the participant has given consent (e.g., sending newsletters and information about the controller’s offers).
Scope of personal data processing
The controller will process the following data:
First and last name.
Email address.
Phone number.
Company name, organization, or association name (if applicable).
Address (for winners).
Legal basis for processing
Personal data processing is based on:
The consent of the data subject under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (for participation in the competition and marketing purposes).
Performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (to provide the prize).
Data retention period
Personal data of participants will be retained:
For the duration of the competition and then for 12 months after its conclusion for control and administration purposes.
For marketing purposes for 3 years or until the consent is withdrawn.
Rights of data subjects
Competition participants have the following rights regarding their personal data:
The right to access personal data.
The right to correct inaccurate or outdated data.
The right to delete personal data if they are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were processed or if the consent was withdrawn.
The right to restrict the processing of data.
The right to data portability to another controller.
The right to object to processing for marketing purposes.
The right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Withdrawal of consent
Participants can withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written request to the email address mail@fitmedia.sk or by mail to the controller’s address. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing before its withdrawal.Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be made available to:
Employees or collaborators of the controller who are bound by confidentiality.
Providers of IT or marketing services (only to the necessary extent).
Security of personal data
The controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, unauthorized access, or misuse.Final provisions
By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that they have been informed about the terms of personal data processing and voluntarily agree to their processing.
